This is specially packaged for the following categories of people
These are young people who have a paid jobs, but their remunerations are not commensurate to their qualifications and (or) skills. These workers are highly skilled but working in low paying jobs while some are part-time workers who would prefer to be full time workers with better working conditions and reward. This is different from the unemployment solutions which we are providing with the Lagos State Ministry of Youth & Social Development under our Youth development program in partnership with them tagged YEASAP (Youth Empowerment And Skill Acquisition Program). In the underemployment solutions, the individual is working but is not working at his full capability e.g an engineering graduate working as a store man in a warehouse. Underemployment makes our young people to become underutilized and this in turn has negative effects on the economy.
These are young people who already have a good paying job, these have consistent work and regular pay from their employers, but are willing to learn a skill and own their own business by the side to ensure job security in any case of uncertainty. e.g a banker who learns Fashion designing on weekends under YAWEC.
